CONSUMERS HAD FOUND ON A ROUTINE CHECK CRACKS ON HITCH. MANUFACTURER SAID THAT VEHICLE WAS NOT UNDER WARRANTY, AND THERE WAS NO WAY TO HELP CONSUMER IN THIS SITUATION. *AK THE CONSUMER SUGGESTS THAT THE MANUFACTURER CONDUCT INSPECTION ON 3500 SERIES VEHICLES IF ANY OTHER HITCH FAILURES OTHER THAN THE ONE ON RECALL, HAVE OCCURED. *YH
