CONSUMER STATES ACCIDENT OCCURRED AS THE RESULT OF A FAILED STEERING LINKAGE AND FRACTURE OF THE DRAG LINK JOINT *TGW THE CONSUMER DISCOVERED A RECALL HAD BEEN ISSUED AND REQUESTED REIMBURSEMENT. CHRYSLER DENIED THE REIMBURSEMENT, STATING THE REPAIRS WERE NOT MADE AT A CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP. *JB
