TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 DODGE JOURNEY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR LOCKING MECHANISM FAILED TO UNLOCK. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE TECHNICIAN COULD NOT FIND THE FAILURE TO UNLOCK THE MECHANISM. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED.
