TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 DODGE DURANGO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE WAS AN INTERNAL FAULT AND THE DOOR AJAR WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED FOR THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE. THE DEALER (DEACON'S CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM, 835 SOM CENTER RD, MAYFIELD, OH 44143, (440) 442-0424) WAS UNABLE TO DETERMINE THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE DURING THE INITIAL VISIT. DURING THE SECOND VISIT TO THE SAME DEALER, THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE DOOR LATCH WAS REPLACED, BUT THE FAILURE CONTINUED. THE CONTACT PLANNED ON TAKING THE VEHICLE BACK TO THE DEALER A THIRD TIME. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
