2016 DODGE DURANGO Structurebody Problems

Was driving and the vehicle stalled well driving, Had a hard time trying to stop and could barley steer the vehicle. Vehicle was flashing shift to park. This has happened two times to me now and I took it to the dealership and it happened to them as well. 2016 DURANGO LIFTGATE HAS WATER DAMAGE ON THE LEFT SIDE WITHIN 2 YEARS OF IT BEING PURCHASED BRAND NEW. I CALLED DODGE AND THEY ADVISED ME THAT THE CAR WAS OUT OF WARRANTY, BY LESS THAN 500 MILES. I RECENTLY PURCHASED A 2019 DURANGO LIFTGATE FROM EBAY BECAUSE MOPAR HAS A NATIONWIDE SHORTAGE ON THIS ITEM AND WITHIN 60 DAYS IT HAPPENED AGAIN BUT THIS TIME ON THE RIGHT SIDE. MOPAR IS MANUFACTURING THIS LIFTGATE TO GAIN PROFIT, BECAUSE THEY KNOW THAT THIS WILL CONTINUE TO HAPPEN. THEY ARE NOT HELP TO CUSTOMER WHO ARE A VICTIM OF THEIR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.

DOOR SMALL PANEL NEXT TO DOOR HANDLE CAME UNGLUED AND SNAPPED OFF ONTO VEHICLE BEHIND ME AND HIT VEHICLE BEHIND ME. THIS IS A FACTORY DEFECT ON GLUE AND SNAP IN INSERTION, AS PICTURE SHOWS, NOTHING ABRUPTED THIS PART, IT JUST FLEW OFF NEARLY HURTING SOMEONE. I WANT THIS PART REPLACED AS VEHICLE IS ONLY 2 AND A HALF YEARS OLD. PLEASE ADVISE NEXT STEPS .
