TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 DODGE DURANGO. IMMEDIATELY AFTER PURCHASING THE VEHICLE, SHE NOTICED THAT HER BACK-UP CAMERA WAS INOPERATIVE. SHE NOTIFIED THE MANUFACTURER AND A REPRESENTATIVE STATED THAT NO REPLACEMENT PARTS WERE AVAILABLE, THEY DO NOT HAVE A SUPPLIER; THEREFORE, THEY CAN NOT GIVE AN ESTIMATE OF WHEN THE PARTS WILL BE AVAILABLE.
