TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 DODGE CARAVAN. WHILE DRIVING 30 MPH, THE REAR DRIVER SIDE WINDOW SHATTERED. ON A SEPARATE OCCASION, WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED, A NEIGHBOR INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT HER REAR WINDOW APPEARED TO BE CRACKING. THE REAR WINDOW SHATTERED. SHE PAID TO HAVE THE WINDOW REPAIRED DURING THE FIRST FAILURE AND FEELS THAT THIS SECOND INCIDENT SHOULD BE COVERED BY THE MANUFACTURER BECAUSE IT IS A SAFETY DEFECT.
