TAKATA RECALL I OWN A 2002 CHRYSLER VOYAGER MINIVAN. AT ABOUT 85,000 MILES I NOTICED THE AIRBAG LIGHT ON THE DASHBOARD WAS COMING ON SPORADICALLY. EVENTUALLY IT STARTED REMAINING ON ALL THE TIME FROM THE MOMENT I STARTED THE IGNITION. I TOOK IT TO A LOCAL CHRYSLER DEALER TO HAVE IT INSPECTED. THEY TOLD ME THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE CLOCK SPRING AND THAT IT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AND WOULD COST ME ABOUT $350. EARLIER REPRODUCTIONS OF THIS MODEL HAVE BEEN RECALLED FOR PROBLEMS WITH CLOCK SPRINGS BUT MINE IS NOT BECAUSE IT WAS MANUFACTURED TWO YEARS TOO LATE.
