TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 CHRYSLER VOYAGER. THE CONTACT WAS ATTEMPTING TO CHANGE A TIRE WHEN HE WAS UNABLE TO REMOVE THE SPARE TIRE FROM UNDERNEATH THE VEHICLE DUE TO EXCESSIVE RUST AND CORROSION.
