Second row passenger seat headrest does not lock into place. After folding the seat down to put in car seats in the third row, the headrest will not lock. This would cause severe trauma if one of our many children were to be seated in the seat during a crash. The issue has not yet been evaluated at a service center, but I intend to contact them and see if the headrest can be replaced through warranty.

With driver seated in the driver's seat, a child entered the vehicle and pressed the "Stow 'n Go Assist" button, instead of the "door close" button. From the Stellantis website: "There is a button on the B-pillar that allows for easier operation of the Stow ‘n Go feature. By pushing the Stow ‘n Go Assist feature, the front seat will move forward automatically to allow the second-row seat to be stowed. Pressing the button again moves the front seat back to its starting position" The driver's seat, while occupied, still moved forward, pinning the driver between the seat and the steering wheel. Pressing the "Stow 'n Go Assist" button again to attempt to free the driver resulted in an error message on the instrument cluster that an obstruction was detected, so the seat could not be moved (not exact wording, unfortunately).
