The contact pulled over and restarted the vehicle, and the failure persisted. The vehicle was driven to the dealer to be diagnosed, and failure was associated with NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V010000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM, HYBRID PROPULSION SYSTEM); however, the VIN was not included in the recall.
