CONSUMER HAD TRANSMISSION REPLACED DUE TO LOSING ACCELERATION PRESSURE PRIOR TO MANUFACTURER'S RECALL, CONSUMER IS REQUESTING REIMBURSEMENT FOR REPLACEMENT AS WELL AS RENTAL CAR COSTS, THE RECALL STATED THAT IF THE LOWER CONTROL ARM ATTACHING BRACKETS FAIL, THE TRANSMISSION HALF-SHAFT MAY PULL OUT OF THE TRANSAXLE AND CAUSE A LOSS OF POWER, THIS IS WHAT CONSUMER'S VEHICLE EXPERIENCED. *SLC
