TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 1999 CHRYSLER CONCORDE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE ABS LIGHT ILLUMINATED AND SHE HEARD A NOISE IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT. THE MECHANIC STATED THAT THE PUMP MOTOR CIRCUIT FOR THE ABS FAILED AND CAUSED THE LIGHT TO ILLUMINATE. THE APPROXIMATE COST TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE WAS BETWEEN $1,500 TO $2,000. THE FRONT ROTORS WERE REPLACED IN APRIL OF 2006 AND IN SEPTEMBER OF 2007. IN JANUARY OF 2007, THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE BEARING WAS REPLACED. THE MECHANIC STATED THAT THE FAILURE WAS DUE TO POOR DESIGN AND CHEAP PARTS. THE AIR CONDITIONER ALSO BEGAN TO LEAK. THE MECHANIC STATED THAT THERE WAS A HOLE IN THE SUCTION LINE BECAUSE OF THE DESIGN, AND IT RUSTED AND RUBBED THROUGH ANOTHER PART OF THE VEHICLE. THE AIR CONDITIONING SUCTION LINE WAS REPLACED IN SEPTEMBER OF 2007. THE LEAK COULD HAVE POTENTIALLY CAUSED A FIRE. THE MECHANIC STATED THAT...
