WHILE DRIVING 70 MPH PASSENGER'S SIDE REAR TIRE TREAD SEPARATED. THE CONSUMER WAS ABLE TO MAINTAIN CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE. *AK *ER THE CONSUMER STATED THE REMAINING TIRES HAVE SINCE SEPARATED. *JB
WHILE DRIVING BRAKES HAD NO PRESSURE, MAKING IT DIFFICULT TO STOP THE VEHICLE. TOOK VEHICLE TO THE DEALER, AND WAS TOLD SHE NEEDED A MASTER CYLINDER. AS SOON AS THE CONSUMER GOT THE VEHICLE OUT OF THE REPAIR SHOP THE SAME THING HAPPENED. THE MASTER CYLINDER WAS CHANGED TWICE. ALSO, WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS IN THE REPAIR SHOP MECHANIC HAD AN ACCIDENT WITH THE VEHICLE DUE TO THIS PROBLEM. *AK
WHILE DRIVING 48 MPH FRONT DRIVER'S SIDE TIRE TREAD SEPARATED. *AK *TC
WHILE ATTEMPTING TO STOP AT AN INTERSECTION, THE BRAKES FAILED, CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO STRIKE THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE STOPPED AHEAD, CONSUMER LATER RECEIVED A RECALL REGARDING LONGER STOPPING DISTANCES WITH THE ABS, ATTORNEY ROBERT CLARK FOR CLIENT. *SLC
AFTER REPAIR OF THE ABS MODULE UNDER RECALL THE ABS LIGHT ON THE DASH ILLUMINATED, THE LIGHT STAYED ON UNTIL THE VEHICLES SPEED DROPPED BELOW 15 MPH, THE VEHICLE WAS RETURNED TO THE DEALER. NLM
