TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 CHEVROLET UPLANDER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AFTER STARTING THE VEHICLE, IT STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE FAILURE WOULD ALSO OCCUR WHEN DRIVING OVER A BUMP. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC. THE TECHNICIAN DIAGNOSED THAT THE IGNITION SWITCH WAS DEFECTIVE AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 160,000.
