2014 CHEVROLET TRAVERSE Tires Problems

The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle experienced wobbling due to the driver's and passenger's side front tires. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who mounted and balanced the driver's and passenger's side front tires; however, the failure recurred. The vehicle was then taken to a tire store and the tires were rebalanced and an alignment was performed; however, the failure recurred. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. THE TIRES WERE TAKEN BACK TO THE PEPBOYS WHERE THE MECHANIC INSTALLED A SAFETY SEAL ON TIRE HOWEVER, THE FAILURE CONTINUED TO OCCUR. THE VEHICLE WAS LATER TAKEN TO AAA AUTO SERVICE LOCATED AT 3478 HWY 9, FREEHOLD, NJ 07728, WHO DISCOVERED THE INNER BEAD WAS LEAKING AIR. THE TIRE WAS TAKEN BACK TO PEPBOYS WHO REPAIRED THE TIRE.
