THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO MITCHELL AUTOMOTIVE (1522 US-45 ALT, WEST POINT, MS 39773) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE SHOCKS WERE FAULTY AND NEEDED REPLACEMENT. THE CONTACT ALSO MENTIONED THAT THE CONDENSER FAILED AND NEEDED REPLACEMENT. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 48,000.
