TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 CHEVROLET SONIC. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS STATIONARY, THE KEY WAS REMOVED FROM THE IGNITION, BUT THE ENGINE FAILED TO TURN OFF. IN ADDITION, THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT ACCELERATE BEYOND 5 MPH. FURTHERMORE, ALL OF THE POWER WINDOWS BECAME INOPERATIVE. THE DEALER (POWER CHEVROLET, 500 SW SUBLIMITY BLVD, SUBLIMITY, OREGON 97385, (866) 928-5319) WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURES AND REPAIRED THE WIRING IN THE VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURES AND PROVIDED THE CONTACT WITH CASE NUMBERS: 8-4486719908 AND 8-4102065156. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 69,896.
