THE VEHICLE WAS TRANSFERRED TO A NEW INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO STATED THAT THE TIMING CHAIN WAS DEFECTIVE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE CRASH DETAILS WERE NOT PROVIDED.
