AS A RESULT, THE HUB CAPS RUBBED AGAINST THE OUTSIDE OF THE WHEELS AND CAUSED THE SIDEWALLS TO BECOME WORN. THE CONTACT IS CONCERNED THAT A BLOW OUT MAY OCCUR.
