TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 CHEVROLET MALIBU. WHILE DRIVING 40 MPH, THE HUB CAPS SNAPPED OFF OF THE WHEELS. AS A RESULT, THE HUB CAPS RUBBED AGAINST THE OUTSIDE OF THE WHEELS AND CAUSED THE SIDEWALLS TO BECOME WORN. THE CONTACT IS CONCERNED THAT A BLOW OUT MAY OCCUR. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 19,000.
