TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 CHEVROLET CORVETTE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN ENTERING HIS VEHICLE FROM THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE THE DOOR BECAME JAMMED INTO THE FRONT RIGHT FENDER WHERE THEY MEET. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE DOORS ARE NOT ALIGNED THE CORRECT WAY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. CHEVROLET WAS NOTIFIED AND THE OWNER WAS WAITING FOR A RETURN CALL. CHEVROLET FILED CLAIM # 71854922568. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 64,000.
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 CHEVROLET CORVETTE. WHENEVER THERE IS ANY TORQUE PRESENT, THE CONTACT HEARS A CRUNCHING AND POPPING NOISE COMING FROM THE ROOF PANEL. THE FAILURE OCCURS INTERMITTENTLY BECAUSE THE LAMINATED PART OF THE ROOF IS SEPARATING. THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN TO THE DEALER SIX TIMES FOR THIS FAILURE, WITH THE MOST RECENT OCCURRENCE ON JANUARY 17, 2008. THE FAILURE HAS SINCE WORSENED. THE CONTACT DOES NOT BELIEVE THAT THERE IS A REPAIR AVAILABLE FOR THIS FAILURE. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 22,900 AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 3,000.
