During the failure, the message "Front Brake Applied" was displayed. The contact stated that approximately 10-minutes prior to the failure, the message that the Forward Collision Avoidance sensors were disabled. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The local dealer was notified of the failure. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 18,000.
