2024 CHEVROLET BLAZER EV Power Train Problems

I had problems with my 2024 Chevrolet Blazer RS EV since the first week I purchased it a few months ago. The display would go blank while driving. I was unable to turn the vehicle off due to the controls not being accessible on the display. There is a grinding noise inside my dash and the service vehicle soon light on. The climate controls are unavailable resulting in high heat on defrost. There is a vibration periodically when driving on a smooth road. I have brought the car to the dealership several times and it has been there this time for almost two weeks. They are not able to address the issues stating that parts are on back order. My complaints to GM have not resulted in my request to return the vehicle for a full refund. The GM concierge has called me four times and keeps telling me they...

Although the owner's manual specifically states "When enabled, One-Pedal Driving applies in R (Reverse) and D (Drive). This feature remains enabled until manually disabled by the driver." One pedal drive does not work in reverse. Car does not creep in reverse like an ICE vehicle, but quickly lurches backward, surprising an experienced or forgetful driver and possibly endangering pedestrians walking or standing behind the car. Dealer service has checked it and consulted with Chevrolet, who refuses to address the issue, saying the owner's manual is just wrong. The same one pedal drive verbiage appears in both the Chevy Bolt and Cadillac Lyriq owner's manuals.
