ANYTIME I TURN THE AIR ON IN MY 2005 CHEVY AVALANCHE IT MAKES A HIGH PITCH SCREAMING SOUND. I HAVE HAD TWO BLOWER MOTORS INSTALLED AND IT IS IN NEED OF A THIRD. THIS SOUND IS STILL PRESENT EVEN AFTER I HAVE HAD THE NEW MOTORS INSTALLED. I HAVE HAD ONE MECHANIC SAY THEIR IS A CRACK IN THE PLENUM BOX AND IT WOULD TAKE 11 1/2 HOURS TO REPAIR AND COST $ 1700. THIS IS THE ONLY QUOTE I HAVE HAD SO FAR. I HAVE HAD IT AT THE DEALERSHIP WHERE I BOUGHT IT AND THEY NEVER SEEM TO FIND ANYTHING, THEN AGAIN THEY SELDOM DO ANYTHING RIGHT. *TR
