2021 CAN-AM RYKER Fuel System Gasoline Problems

The contact owns a 2021 Can-Am Ryker. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V855000 (Fuel System, Gasoline) however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The local dealer was contacted. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The contact stated that while trying to start the motorcycle, the motorcycle failed to start. The motorcycle remained at the residence. The motorcycle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 3,300. Parts distribution disconnect.

The last recall was no problem. I called the dealer, they set up the tow, completed the recall and I drove it back home. This time, I was told that I would have to pay for a tow.
