TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2001 CADILLAC DEVILLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DRIVERS SIDE REAR VIEW MIRROR BEGAN TO TURN A BRONZE COLOR AND WAS OBSCURED HIS VISION. THE DEALER WAS NOTIFIED AND THEY INFORMED HIM THAT HE NEEDED TO REPLACE THE MIRROR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS ALSO NOTIFIED AND OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 70,000.
REAR PASSENGER ELECTRIC WINDOW DROPPED INTO DOOR SITTING IN DRIVEWAY,1 WEEK LATER FRONT PASSENGER WINDOW DROPPED INTO DOOR. NOW THE DRIVERS WINDOW HAS DROPPED. THATS 3 WINDOWS INOPERABLE IN MONTH AND A HALF. SOMETHING IS DEFINITELY WRONG! *TR
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2001 CADILLAC DEVILLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT ALL FOUR WINDOWS IN HER VEHICLE FELL DOWN AND WOULD NOT ROLL BACK UP. THE REPAIR WOULD COST BETWEEN $400-$600. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE CALIBRATOR WAS MADE OF PLASTIC AND SHOULD BE REPLACED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 110,000.
