2023 ATC PL700 Electrical System Problems

The contact owns a 2023 ATC PL700 RV. The contact stated that while the RV was stationary, there was an abnormal popping sound with an abnormal burning odor. The RV was taken to the dealer, where it was diagnosed with a junction box failure. The RV was repaired. Additionally, the contact stated that the electrical system had become inoperable, and there was a high voltage reading and an error code retrieved.
