All Wheels Complaints
While driving the vehicle on the road, the front driver's side wheel came off.
SPARE TIRE ,AS MOUNTED IN REAR UNDER VEHICLE, IS SHOWING EXCESSIVE WEAR ON SIDE WALL THE WEAR MARKS AS RUBBING THROUGH THE SIDEWALL WHICH IS THE WEAKEST PART ON THE TIRE AND I AM AFRAID TO USE IT. THE TIRE HAS NEVER BEEN USED. I HAVE CHECKED THE PRESSURE 3 TIMES SINCE I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE NEW AND THERE ARE THREE WEAR MARKS FROM THE STORAGE AREA WHERE THE TIRE IS KEPT. ALSO WHEN I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE THE SALESMAN MADE A BIG DEAL ABOUT THE REARVIEW MIRRORS AUTOMATICALLY AIMING DOWN AS THE CAR IS PUT IN REVERSE. THIS SAFETY FEATURE ALLOWS THE DRIVER TO SEE WHAT IS ON THE GROUND NEAR THE REAR TIRES WHEN BACKING UP.AFTER APPROXIMATELY ONE YEAR THE REARVIEW MIRRORS NO LONGER AIMED DOWN. THE DEALER NOW SAYS THAT IS VEHICLE NEVER DID THIS AND I HAVE ASKED ABOUT IT AT 3 DIFFERENT SERVICE APPOINTMENTS. ALSO...
