Bulletin Summary
Do to non-applicable software located within the data communication module (DCM), Subaru of America, Inc. (Subaru) will initiate a service program for certain 2023 model year Legacy and Outback vehicles equipped with STARLINK. Because 3G networks are no longer available in the U.S., calls will fail as they attempt to connect as a result of non-connection to 4G VoLTE.
