This bulletin provides information to tighten both the clutch actuator and transmission control unit (TCU) grounding bolts, and upgrade the software logic of the 6-speed dual clutch transmission (DCT) on some 2023MY Niro P/HEV vehicles produced from June 14, 2022 through December 12, 2022, which may exhibit a poor shift quality concern and MIL 'ON' with DTC P074A73 stored.
