Bulletin Summary
Some 2017-2020 Continental vehicles may exhibit a noisy or inoperative rear window blind. This may be due to corrosion within the rear window blind mechanism and/or poor engagement between the rear window blind motor and the mechanism. To correct the condition, floow the Service Procedure to install a shim kit and clean the rear window blind cables.
