Some 2023 Transit Connect vehicles built on 03-Nov-2022 and through 03-Mar-2023 equipped with SYNC3 may exhibit the FordPass application is not available for selection on the SYNC menu. This may be due to incorrect configuration data being present in the accessory protocol interface module (APIM). To correct this condition, perform the APIM configuration programming feature using Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS). For claiming, use causal part 14G371 and applicable labor operations in Section 10 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual.
