Bulletin Summary
Some 2019-2022 Ranger vehicles may encounter a concern of FordPass not updating the current vehicle location and/or a battery draw is found to be from either the audio control module (ACM) or gateway module (GWM). This may be due to the software in the GWM. To correct this condition, reprogram the GWM using the latest software level of Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS). For claiming use causal part 14F642 and the applicable labor operations of Section 10 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual.
