Some 2020 EcoSport vehicles may exhibit a concern where the radio randomly seeks through FM stations when a Bluetooth device is connected and streaming audio. To resolve this condition, reflash the SYNC module with the latest software using the appropriate Ford diagnostic scan tool and Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 415-00 > General Procedures > SYNC Module ÃÂÃÂAPIMÃÂ Programming. For claiming, use causal part 14G371 and applicable labor operations in Section 10 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual.
