SUBARU SERVICE CAMPAIGN: SEE DOCUMENT SEARCH BUTTON FOR OWNER LETTER. ENGINE CONTROL MODULE (ECM) REPROGRAMMING AND FUEL TANK ONE WAY FUEL VALVE REMOVAL. AFFECTED VEHICLES HAVE TWO CONDITIONS THAT MAY ADVERSELY AFFECT THE PERFORMANCE OF THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER. TO CORRECT THESE CONDITIONS, AFFECTED VEHICLES REQUIRE ECM REPROGRAMMING AND PERMANENT REMOVAL OF THE FUEL TANK ONE WAY FUEL VALVE. CSC LETTER WAS RECEIVED. *PE UPDATED 6/30/11. *PE
