Bulletin Summary
This Service Bulletin supercedes Service Bulletin 446 in its entirety and informs affected customers that model year 2011-2017 MCI J4500 model coaches may exhibit signs of premature wear or cracks in the A/C compressor support tube, which may cause the drive belt for the A/C compressor to fail or slip off the pulley, resulting in loss of function of the air conditioning, and that MCI will remedy the affected coaches at no cost to the customers.
