Bulletin Summary
The attached document describes the repair process for Model G Slim Rack Bedroom Slides in the event there is water intrusion at the lower corner cups of the slide pans. This document is a repair instruction and NOT a Customer Satisfaction Campaign. We have had a low number of complaints pertaining to slide water intrusion at the bedroom slides. This document is communicated to dealers or mobile service technicians that are called upon to correct the leak and is supplied on an as needed basis. The repair contemplated by the instructions was incorporated into the unit design starting with VIN ending in 000368. As such, this document should have limited applicability to VINs ending in 000003 to 000367 and only applies to those with the leak condition present.
