Communications were made to both dealers and retail customers concerning a missed seal behind the rear awning on Model G units. Dealers were both emailed and supplied with the communication via the Brinkley RV Dealer Portal. Retail Customers were notified via: 1) our Brinkley RV Model G Owners Facebook page, 2) email correspondence, and 3) in a letter sent regular mail.
