Technical Service Bulletin RCA-96-23-002-1 — 2023 RIVIAN R1S

Rivian is initiating a customer satisfaction campaign for some model year 2022 and 2023 R1S and R1T vehicles that may have been built with a suspect auxiliary air compressor control panel. Due to a supplier quality issue, the display may show inaccurate pressure readings of approximately +/- 10%. If the compressor is used to fill the tires, slightly inaccurate pressure readings may result in slightly overinflated or slightly underinflated tires but will not affect the performance of the vehicle. Tire pressures will be accurately measured by the TPMS and shown in the driver display. Rivian will replace the auxiliary air compressor control panel with an upgraded component. Rivian is launching this campaign for customer satisfaction and to ensure the quality of Rivian vehicles.
