This Preliminary information communicates a vehicle may be encountered with a concern of heat blowing cold at times, a whistling noise and P0534. Any or all of these conditions may be noted by a technician or customer. The dealer technician is directed to test the temperature at the condenser check valve, inspect the valve and inspect the line for a possible issue with the opening in the line. A procedure is given to modify the line if needed.
