Murano Cross-Cabriolet Soft Top Voluntary Service Campaign - Expiration Notice ***** Campaign Status Update ***** Nissan launched these related Voluntary Service Campaigns in January 2012 on certain 2011-2012 Murano Cross-Cabriolet vehicles to offer customers the opportunity to have several components of the convertible top inspected and, where necessary, adjusted and/or replaced at no charge to the customer for parts and labor. Parts specified for these campaigns are no longer available. Thus, these Voluntary Service Campaigns will expire on January 25, 2019. Vehicles presented for repair after this date will not be covered by these service campaigns and any repairs will be performed at customer expense. ***** What Dealers Should Do**** 1. Service Comm will deactivate P1258 and P1261 on any unrepaired VINs on January 25, 2019. - Repair orders must be opened on or before January 25, 2019 - Dealers should submit any outstanding claims as soon as possible. - No further dealer action is required
