IF YOU CONFIRM The sliding door will not lock or unlock electrically (with door completely closed) with either the remote key fob or the interior switches. NOTE: All doors, including the sliding door, can still be locked and unlocked mechanically at either their interior handles or directly with a key. And All of the other doors operate correctly with keyfob and interior switches. And The sliding door lock solenoid function has been tested and operates correctly. ACTION Replace the Sliding Door Switches (shown on page 2) with those listed in the Parts Information table. NOTE: The door will use either the 5-pin or 7-pin Sliding Door Switch based on the vehicle options. Please see this bulletin for further details.
