N192275090 - Service Update - Certain 2019 model year Chevrolet Silverado Medium Duty 4500/5500/6500 vehicles may have a condition where after the fuel filler tube is tied back to the frame for shipment there may be sufficient tension placed on connections that if the clamps are not fully tightened a leak could be created between the connection to the fuel tank(s) and the fuel filler tube. Dealers will inspect, and if necessary, tighten the clamps between the fuel filler tube and the fuel tank(s).
