SERVICE BULLETIN M1641: TOURING COOLING SYSTEMS IDENTIFICATION. PURPOSE: This bulletin informs dealers of a new naming convention for the cooling system on the redesigned 2023 and 2024 Harley-Davidson Touring models. Harley-Davidson is communicating that there is a new naming convention for the 2023 CVO Street Glide (FLHXSE), CVO Road Glide (FLTRXSE) and 2024 Street Glide (FLHX), Road Glide (FLTRX), CVO Street Glide (FLHXSE), CVO Road Glide (FLTRXSE) and CVO Road Glide ST (FLTRXSTSE) cooling system design. This cooling system will be referred to as Center-Cooled, based on the radiator mounting location. All communications moving forward, will identify this cooling system and use the naming convention of Center-Cooled. This will aid the dealer network in quick identification as we have for the other cooling systems.
