TSB: Some 2019 ? 2020 model year ES 300h UX 250h vehicles may exhibit a MIL ON condition with a ?Hybrid System Malfunction? message displayed and one or more of the following DTC(s) that represent an over current between the MG1, MG2, and inverter/PCU: ?P1C5D19 ? Drive Motor "A" Inverter Circuit Current Above Threshold ?P1C5F19 ? Generator Inverter Circuit Current Above Threshold These conditions typically occur on low vehicle mileage (less than 5,000). After an occurrence, the vehicle will be able to run normally with no drivability issues. Follow the Repair Procedure in this bulletin to address these conditions.
