We are approaching the changeover period where certain, current (interim remedy) airbag inflators (listed below) will be replaced by final remedy parts. Over the coming weeks, you will see a decrease in the supply and allocations of these interim remedy inflators. Dealers scheduling repairs under this recall should take this into consideration and only schedule customer appointments according to available internal (interim remedy) parts inventory. Future communications will follow with additional details and actions your dealership will need to take as we move towards launching final remedy repairs.
