SERVICE ACTION: CONVERTIBLE ROOF: TENSIONING STRAP REPLACEMENT. The tensioning strap that is fastened to the headliner could fail during convertible top operation. Convertible top could be damaged by tensioning strap failure (approx. 10% of vehicles). Tensioning strap can become jammed or trapped in convertible top mechanism leading to failure.
