Supersedes Technical Service Bulletin Group 37 number 12-37 dated February 6, 2012. Customer may report that downshifts are not smooth when the vehicle is slowing down. Update to improved software introduced after production will reduce complaints with shifting characteristics. Improved viscosity of ATF lessens clutch grab during clutch activation.
