This is a Technical Journal: Vehicle Fails to Charge on All AC and DC Chargers. Start fault tracing by checking the following: 1.The condition of the EVI for damage and/or foreign objects. - Sample images can be found on page 1 of the attached PDF file. 2.The connectors at the CDD: unplug, then plug them in again. - Relevant connectors are numbers 1, 2, 6, and 9 on the drawing on page 2 of the attached PDF file. If no deviations are found at the EVI or the connectors at the CDD, continue fault tracing in VIDA.
